I do not think it does expire…

Wine vinegar is wine that has gone “negative” because it is turned into vinegar.

Also, the acidity in the vinegar inhibits any bacterial growth.

The only concern is flavors evaporating away, but if the container is capped, evaporation is kept to a minimal or non-existent.

How Lengthy Does Vinegar Final?
The Vinegar Institute conducted studies to find out and confirmed that vinegar’s shelf life is almost indefinite. Due to the fact of its acid nature, vinegar is self-preserving and does not require refrigeration. White distilled vinegar will remain practically unchanged more than an extended period of time. And, while some changes can be observed in other kinds of vinegars, such as color modifications or the development of a haze or sediment, this is only an aesthetic alter. The item can still be utilised and enjoyed with confidence.

they are already expired that is why they are vinegar and not regular wine

Vinegar is used to preserve things (like pickled onions) so I don’t think it actually expires.

Also companies are so careful with expiry dates so that they don’t get in trouble in food poisoning cases so I think that anything without one on is probably safe.

Vinegar normally doesn’t expire. Unless you see something “develop”, such as a cloudy mass, it should last indefinitely.
