drinking a glass of merlot correct now, gotta say ive tasted much better wines.. hands up who likes merlot

No, I’m more of a Cabernet man..South African or Chilean is my fav

I’m currently loving Pinot Grigios and chiantis.
But I started liking wine because of merlot
I love a good merlot, but generally only with food. I don’t know if I’d sit and sip a merlot by itself.
A really good Chablis is the best
I LOVE Merlot… Love the dark cocca choclolaty taste of this fabulous wine… Love the different regions in the world that produce this great grape… Love my Merlot by itself, with my beef, my chicken, my pork, my lamb, my fish, or heck, anything…
I especially love a well made Napa mountain Merlot – it can be so dense and powerful that it tastes like Cabernet… Try Paloma, Pride, Terra Vallentine, York Creek, and Spring Moutain… Wow!
I also love my Merlot in the Bordeaux… Move over, Miles, you don’t hate Merlot; you love Merlot and that bottle of Cheval Blanc that you saved for all those years and downed with burger and French Onion… Peronsally, I’d rather have it with Filet Milon Burger or Duck Breast Burger from Napa with Cali Merlot, but it got to be a good Merlot
Italian are also pretty good at Merlot; I even drink some Chilean Merlot if the price and the quality are right…
